ENTIRE AGREEMENT
By purchasing wine on our website, the Seller agrees to ship the order according to the quantity purchased and the delivery option selected by the Buyer. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website.
CONTROLLING TERMS
Buyer expressly agrees that all sales are final. These Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the sale of wine products purchased through our website. Buyer agrees he or she is from the restricted only the state to purchase from us, will accept and incur at check out appropriate state sales tax and fee to ship as directed by the buyer.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping address information and to be available or otherwise able to accept delivery, with or without a required signature depending on the carrier. The Seller’s responsibility is limited solely to shipping the order. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier through signature, delivery confirmation, or tracking verification, the Seller’s responsibility shall be deemed fully satisfied.
PRICES
Buyer acknowledges that all prices for each wine brand are displayed on the website. No discounts apply unless a valid discount code is entered at checkout. Buyer further agrees that the displayed price includes the cost per bottle, applicable state sales tax based on the purchase location, and the selected delivery option. Together, these charges constitute the total sales price.
DELIVERY
Buyer shall select the shipping option at checkout and pay all associated delivery charges. Seller is responsible for shipping the product to the address provided by Buyer in accordance with the selected delivery option. Seller shall not be responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, transportation delays, carrier disruptions, or power outages.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
All orders placed on our website are final and may not be canceled or modified. Buyer acknowledges that once an order is purchased and delivered, the order shall be deemed fulfilled in full. Buyer agrees not to dispute charges or seek chargebacks through customer service, credit card companies, or financial institutions for any order purchased through this website.
TAXES

INDEMNITY
Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Seller and its affiliated or related companies from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs of defense, arising out of or related to Buyer’s alteration or modification of the product, improper handling or storage, or breach of any term or condition set forth herein.
This indemnification includes, without limitation, claims for personal injury (including death), property damage, economic loss, breach of agreement, breach of warranty, negligence, or product liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. This provision shall not limit or eliminate any additional rights or remedies available to the Seller under applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Buyer and Seller agree that the County of Queens, New York, shall be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action arising out of any claims relating to these Terms and Conditions.
